Step into the Mood! We’re excited to spotlight the incredible talent, creativity, and passion of local small businesses right here in our café. If you’re an artisan, creator, maker, or service-based entrepreneur looking to connect with our community, this is your chance! Our Vendor Spotlight program gives you the chance to set up inside Mood Café during our regular business hours, share your story, showcase your products, and grow right alongside us.
Cancellation Policy
Thank you for your interest in partnering with Mood Café! To ensure a smooth, safe, and mutually beneficial experience for both vendors and our guests, please review the following guidelines before securing your date. Vendor Eligibility: Vendors must be small businesses, artisans, creatives, or service-based entrepreneurs offering products that align with Mood Café’s family-friendly, community-focused values. Mood Café reserves the right to approve or deny vendors based on product fit, space limitations, or scheduling. Scheduling & Reservations: Vendor slots are available on select Fridays and Saturdays. A 2-hour minimum is required; additional hours may be added if available. Reservations are confirmed only after payment is submitted. All reservations are first come, first served based on date selection and payment. Vendor Fee & Payment Policy: Vendor rental rate: $30 per hour (2-hour minimum). Fee is non-refundable but can be rescheduled one time with at least 48 hours' notice, subject to date availability. No-shows or cancellations within 48 hours are not eligible for rescheduling. Setup & Breakdown: Vendors may arrive 30 minutes prior to their scheduled time for setup. Breakdown must be completed within 20 minutes after the rental period ends. All vendor belongings must be removed at the end of the session. Vendors are responsible for bringing their own display materials and table décor. Vendor Space Provided: Mood Café provides: One (1) table space inside the café. Access to outlets (upon request and availability). Space is limited, and setup must not obstruct café operations, traffic flow, or ADA pathways. Food Vendors: If you are selling or sampling any food or beverage items, you must: Hold a valid food permit (to be submitted prior to your date). Comply with all local health and safety regulations. Provide your own sanitary supplies and protective coverings. No access to Mood Café equipment, refrigeration, sinks, or preparation areas is permitted. Marketing & Promotion: Vendors are encouraged to promote their appearance at Mood Café. Mood Café may also feature vendors on social media, space permitting. Vendors may respectfully engage with customers but must not obstruct ordering lines or seating. Liability: Vendors participate at their own risk and are responsible for their property, products, and equipment. Mood Café is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items. By securing a slot, you acknowledge that you agree to these policies.
